Had been looking forward a CRV for a couple of months . Looked at a good few , why do car dealers display cars that are damaged, dirty , bald tyres and never get back to you . They found the CRv model that I was interested in and gave it a good service prior to my viewing, new brakes and two new tyres were fitted. I arranged to see the car (2018 Honda CRV) at short notice, and was able to do so the following day. The viewing experience was very easy; there was no hard selling, and I was allowed a solo test drive along a route that included a good range of different driving conditions. The car was fully serviced and valeted, and to be honest looked like new when I picked it up the following week. The price I paid was also very competitive; I would have paid a fair amount more through a main dealer. All in all I can't really think of any downsides to doing business with Moto Exchange Ltd.

From the 1st moment to the last, my experience as a customer of Moto Exchange Ltd has been first-rate and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. After liking the look of one of their postings on Autotrader, I phoned up and was swiftly able to arrange a vehicle viewing and test drive. The company contact (Dave) was very kind to provide directions to their site, in case of any sat-nav issues; this was a nice touch and proved very useful. Upon the visit, both Dave and the car were ready and waiting, so that we could get cracking immediately. This being said, Dave's friendly and relaxed demeanour put us at ease from the off, so we did not feel hurried or pressured and were given all the time we needed to inspect the car (which we were pleased to see was in great condition), yet he was very attentive and knowledgeable when we asked him any questions. We were swiftly granted a test drive and could tell that the vehicle drove perfectly. The nearby roads were good to test the vehicle at speed and over some bumps too. After the test-drive, I mentioned to Dave that I had forgotten my diagnostic tool and he kindly let me use his tool to demonstrate that the car had no error codes - this candid support further put me at ease for a potential purchase. Dave remained relaxed and friendly when I informed him of our interest in his vehicle but that we'd arranged to look at another couple of cars listed on Autotrader before we'd let him know if we were prepared to make an offer on his car. After looking at the other cars and deciding to go with the one at Moto Exchange, I spoke to Dave and we struck a good deal and he kindly provided an interim service with new oil and filter, in addition to two brand-new dust covers for the front steering ball joints - these weren't the cheap ones, but were the best ones recommended by the car manufacturer. The diligence and speed of the servicing allowed us to have another look at the vehicle and pick it up only 2 days after a deal was agreed. Very speedy indeed. Dave kindly allowed us to pick up the car after their normal business hours at 6pm so we could have the car sooner; really customer With the exceptional customer service, great car condition, provision of an extendable warranty and a good value deal to boot, we were incredibly pleased with Moto Exchange Ltd and would highly recommend checking out their offerings!

A no pressure dealer who made buying a comfortable experience for a CR-V specialist and expert. The business was tricky to find, so write down the good instructions you will be given at the time. I am pleased with my purchase (a 2013 CR-V i-DTEC EX 2.2) and Dave was very helpful with the sale and up front about the condition. While he is still a car dealer and has his own business intersts at heart, I will still say "buy with confidence". I am very pleased with my purchase and would deal with them again.
